| Cancellation Policy: | Registration is required. Payment can be made in advance or at event. Conference registration cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing. A full refund for the registration fee will be issued for cancellation requests received by October 1, 2019. Cancellations received October 2nd through Monday, October 14th are subject to a per attendee registration processing fee of 25% of the registration fee. No refunds will be honored after Monday, October 21st, 2019. This fee covers obligations incurred by Gulf Region ITS and does not entitle the registrant to conference materials.. |
